I dont know what to do she is sleepy but her temp is really high, i gave her panadol and only got it down to 39.2.

If your baby still has a high temp you should take her to the doctor, especially if she's unusually drowsy or out of sorts.

How old is your baby. i alternate between motrin and tylenol every 3 hours. Have you tried giving her a luke warm bath?
