My baby is about to drive me insane. She will go to bed at night at 8p.m which I love. But lately she has been getting up like every 2 to 3 hours. Then she wakes up for good at 3:30am or 4:00am. I don't know if she is just teething or if this is just how early she prefers to get up. Should I be keeping her up later? Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions or does your baby get up really early also. I would be happy if she slept til at least 6 or 7am. Need help!

She has gotten better now. She goes to bed at 8pm and wakes one time during the night. Then she is usually up for good around 5:30 or 6am. I can live with that. Thanks for all the advice.

My little girl has always been a great sleeper. Goes to bed between 6:30-7:30 pm but for the past month has been getting up at 4:45am, its like clockwork. I have a blackout shade that should be here anyday and I am hoping in works. I have been told that the earlier you put them to bed the later and better they sleep. This seems true for my little one, even when she goes to bed late she is still up early. I have to say she slept until 5:30 this morning and I was psyched. I checked on her at 5 am because I was worried I had not heard from her yet!! Good luck!

hi...my daughter used to sleep through no bother 7 til 7 until the last month when she has turned into a bit of a nitemare! she will still go to bed for 7 but then thinks she needs to get back up for 2hours every other night between 9 and 11, some nights she gets up during the nighti think this is her teeth, but 5am seems to be her new getting up time i think it is because of the sun rising earlier because since i put a blackout blind up she seems to stay in bed til nearer 6am.
