My 2month old is sleeping about 6-7 hours a night, which I'm thrilled about! Any ideas on how to get her to sleep 7-8? She usually takes her last feeding around10 or 10:30 at night and then usually wakes up around 5 am. Would love to try and get her to sleep until 6 or 7!

My little man has been sleeping through the night for a little while now. I feed him on demand and let him sleep when he's tired. I usually feed him at 10pm and he generally sleeps until 8:30. I've found letting him dictate to me what he wants works the best!

Do you have a routine bath, feeding and bed? That may help

hi my name is danielle and i have a 2 month old he sleeps 8 hrs of a night and feeds every 3 hours of a day the more calories you give them of a day the longer they will sleep of a night also rice cereal in the last bottle has helped as well which was advised by my health nurse

Well, she eats about 10 minutes on each side if I breastfeed. If I give her breastmilk in the bottle she drinks about 3-4 oz. Also, right after she eats she's usually awake for about an hour or so. I read somewhere that if you want your baby to sleep more at night don't let them sleep longer than 2 hours during the day. That was really hard at first because my daughter loves to sleep! But it has gotten progressively easier as I've really tried to keep her on her schedule.

My baby actually sleeps every 2 1/2 hours during the day: 7am, 9:30, 12, 2:30, 5, 7:30pm and then 10m. Then I just let her sleep as long as she wants at night. During the day if she's still sleeping and it's time for her to eat I wake her up so she stays as close to the 2 1/2 hour schedule as possible. She usually eats, is awake for a while and then goes down for a nap. That seems to work really well to get her to sleep longer at night.

What is her feeding schedule like? My 8 week old is feeding every four hours (6am,10am,2pm,6pm,10pm,2am). Does your baby sleep much during the day? I want to know what I can do to get my baby to sleep longer at night...any advice would be great!

my baby is 2 months too and what i do is i give her a bottle around 1130 and then give her some oval and she falls asleep and doesnt wake up till around 9 or 10 :)
