what size clothes is your 21 month old in?

My daughter will be 2 on Sept. 20th and wears 18-24 month tops and 12 month bottoms. Even some of the 12 month bottoms are still saggy on her. She is very thin and short. She also wears size 4 shoes (still in infant sizes).

My son will be 2 on Sept. 20 & he fits good in sz 2t/3t tops & bottoms. He is 2'11" & 32lbs. But he does not have one roll of fat on his body!

That's not that unusual. I always buy my son bigger tops than bottoms because He is long and thin and I don't like when his shirts look too short. He wears mostly a 2t now, but we got some 3t things for fall and winter.

My daughter will be 2 on Sept. 20 and wears size 2 or 3 tops, but 18-24 for pants. Her 2T capris all fit at ankle! I always thought she had short legs, but I see from the replies that she is not the only one with the size difference.

My 22 months old son wears 3T, but I need to get ones with adjustable waists. He's 97% percentile for height and 15% percentile for weight.

I've also learned that the month-based sizing has absolutely no basis in reality. We live in Europe and I really like the sizing system here. You measure your child's height. The size corresponds with how tall they actually are! Age has nothing to do with it. Much easier to order online this way. Very little guess work.

my daughter will be 2 on sept. 26th as well, she wears 2t in tops and 18-24 months in bottoms, and size 7 in shoes. I think shes gonna be tall like her daddy because Im only 5'6 & hes 6'3.

WOW, I always secretly hoped for twins.. LOL .. instead I have 23 months between my first and second then 13 months between my 2nd and third and exactly 12 months to the day between my 2nd and 4th!! people always ask if my two middle girls are twins..

I have three girls and a boy. My girls ages 6 4 and 3 all wear smaller bottoms than tops, my 6 yr old can fit 2t shorts & skirts, she's tall so wears a 5 or 6 pant same with my 4 yr old and my 3 yr old has some that are 12 mo...my son, will b 2 nxt month wears a 3t and a size 9 shoe!!! He's a big boy, not fat big but big lol...

My daughter is 23 months and she is wearing 2T Shirts but wears 18 month-24 month pants...the 24 month pants are too big in the waist, but they fit length wise...so she is tall and skinny!
