White lump on son's penis????

My 13 month old son is circumcised (has been since 2 days old) About a month and a half ago, I noticed a white lump (you can tell it's filled with cottage cheesy pus) right below the head of his penis. The pediatrician said not to worry about it and the pus will work its way out, but that was over a month ago! It still looks the same. The internet has plenty to say about this for an intact penis, but not a circumcised one. Should I be worried? I'm not sure if I should give the pediatrician a call since his next appointment isn't for 2 months. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi,my 2 yr old got a big lump like ready to burst on his little penis,I've notice it long ago like 8 or 9 month ago, went to see gp but he says it's quite normal for toddlers to get that ,at that time it was like two pearly white spot, then between this time it's grow bigger like a size of a kidney bean, now I 'm very concern I've already booked an app at the gp but still want to know what to do if it burst in the middle of the night, anybody for the advice?

That's pretty much what the pediatrician said as well, I was just worried because it hasn't gone anywhere! I'm glad to hear of someone else this has happened to because none of my friends with boys have experienced this 'issue'. thanks

My son has had this happen as well. The doctor told my wife not to worry about it, but my son complained about it be uncomfortable. She worked it gently from under the skin with q-tips like squeezing a pimple. It didn't hurt him, but I noticed that after a year it developed again. Did the same thing again, but is this going to keep happening to him?

Since it hasnt changed in a month it wouldn't hurt anything for you to call your son's pedi, just to be on the safe side. Maybe the can offer a suggestion for something you could put on it?

Does it seem to be hurting him at all, when he pee's or when you wipe him or anything? If not I wouldn't worry too much but like I said calling the pedi won't hurt anything.

I wish I had a better suggestion for you but this isn't something I've delt with..good luck to you and your son!

If you see this, leave this form field blank.

My two year old son has the lumps as well. They don't seem to hurt him. We had to have his circumcision fixed because the head started to become sort of ingrown. It was horrible. I do not want my son to ever go through that again. Will the hard pearly puss looking balls go away?

I think that's a good idea, I'll call her. It doesn't seem to hurt or bother him, I'm just afraid there is some type of infection going on in there or something. I think it bothers me more than him!
