If you have a regular cycle then this is easy to work out. Your most fertile time is 14 days before your period starts. Just remember that sperm can live for up to 5 days inside you. I suggest you have sex every three days up until day 20 of your cycle to cover all areas here. Try not to have sex any more often then that as sperm production takes a few days to get back to full strength. Also tilt your pelvis with a cushion so that the sperm reaches your cervix easier and if you can do not get up for at least half an hour. Good luck

You usually ovulate 14 days before you get AF, that is usually the most reliable way to count. You can get pregnant the 3 days before, the day of and the day after you ovulate. Try to at least have sex every other day around then. It can take a normal couple(not experiencing infertility) up to a year to get pregnant. I'm not sure how much weight changes your chances of becoming pregnant. If you want to get an ovulation test I highly recommend a saliva test. I have used temping, regular ovulation tests and the saliva tests have worked the best for me. You will find out a few days before when you are going to ovulate so you can plan, unlike the others that you find out the day you ovulate or only when you look back at your chart. Good luck, give it a little longer. Drs won't help you until its been a year. But these suggestions can help.

Well, every woman is different, so it varies slightly. But I got pregnant just days after I ended my period.

most women ovulate 14 days after the START of their period, You can get ovulation test kits to determine when exactly. Also the mucous will change around ovulation, become thin, clear and runny, like egg whites.
