Yep spooning is best for me too with pregnancy. I like doggie style but mainly before the pregnancy since I feel too aware of my hanging heavy belly during pregnancy when doing it. I've tried support with pillows, but it didn't help much. We only do it when I am wanting different stuff anyway, so not often enough to miss it really.

Spooning is the only position for me during pregnancy where I have no pelvic/sciatic pain...so spooning it is!

Yip i think we tried and failed on many positions, the trusted favourite with us ending up being spoons to.
me on top was more funny than anything else especially at 8 months lol

I had a really high sex drive when I was pregnant after the first three month. The best position I found was spoons (him behind).
