I wanted to introduce myself :)
I am Caroline, I just moved to Shell Lake last July.
So far, I love it here!!
I thought this would be a great way to get to know more moms and possibly get some play groups started in Shell Lake.
I have a son who will be turning two May 28th.
I also have a step-daughter who will be nine yrs old July 31st. (She lives in Medford, WI so she doesnt know many kids around here either)

Please introduce yourself, tell us a little bit about your family and what you are looking for from this group! (clothing exchange, play group, local information, etc..)

Hi Tara!
You might want to start your own conversation on here, I know that a bunch of people on here would like to go to a play group!!

Have the topic something like: Join a play group??
Or something of the sort, whatever you want.
Then just write days and times that are usually best for you!

Hello. My name is Tara Macone. My husband (Clayton) and I have a 9 month old daughter named Ariel. We live in Shell Lake. I do work oustide of my home 2 to 3 days per week, but would love to attend a play group if there was one close-by and on a day that I was home.

I've had someone book 5 shows before off their single show, but 6 is the max but she should get extra credit though, because she had a bridal shower booking as one of them!!

Caroline! LOL, I think you posted this before I met you at jaime cook's pampered chef party. Too cool that I was one you contacted. I no longer live in Shell Lake, I have boughten a house in Turtle Lake, but I am always looking to hook up with playgroups and other moms. I have a 4 year old son, Dawson. I am a single mother, and loving it! I love seeing what he will do or think of next.

Hi Ladies,

The second Tuesday of each month MOMS Club of Spooner meets in Spooner at the Faith Lutheran Church (not a church based group, they are just nice enough to let us use their space).. In June due to Vacation Bible School we will be at the Spooner City Park, GREAT place to meet stay at home/part time working moms along with our kids!!! We have different events throughout the month. I have really met a lot of great people through this group. 9:30 for coffee, meetings start at 10:00, kids welcome we have a sitter for the kids though we meet in the next room so you are close to your kids... Typically we are done about 11:30...

I have a 4 year old and a 7 month old, we are in Shell Lake...

Well I'm from Spooner but I thought I would join sense I have young kids and could always use a connection with other moms
