why can some men get away with not paying child support????

i know this post was back in 2010 but it goes kind of what im going through now but if you found out let me know why!! i just went to court and they dropped the failur to pay child support because the collection unit finally after 4 times of trying to find employer they finally got one.they didnt do anything about his arrears. so he doesnt even get a slap on the rist for not paying over 3 months child support and court order back child support. the collection unit didnt even do anything that would effect him. and wouldnt give me any real info in what was going on on my account. in the hole court hearings i have gone to it has all worked in his favor and what he wanted, even the visitation judge only cared about the fathers life not my child's. i know 2 fathers that have gotten stuff done for not paying child sopport, jail time and licence taken away but yet my ex is untouched



and for the guy bow just because yours did that to you doesnt mean all mothers are like that and keep the kid from the father so dont take it out on brandy and do something to get your duaghter back!!

Why do some women get away with stealing a guys child!??!?!?!? its all swings and round a bouts. id rather receive no money than not see my daughter!

uhhhgg i wish i knew, my ex hasnt paid in going on 6 months according to the child support enforcement they had incorrect employment info. when i polietly asked my ex to call and correct this i was told "they should have it and im not gonna tell the judge how to do his job" but im sure when they finally catch up to him and start taking the money out agian from his check he will be real quick to go back to court especially since i just found out that him and his wife are expecting Triplets I just dont understand some men

Well my sons sperm donor doentg pay child support on any of his 6 kids with 5 different women. In our divorce decree I asked for sole custody, no visitation, and no child support. The judge thought that I was stupid but in 2 more months I can legally severe his rights to MY son. Whats even sadder is that he has 4 kids on the way now. A set of twins and 3 others. I guess it depends on how hard you push the issue. What state are you in? Let me know and give me some time and I'll look into the laws in that state for you. The law is my passion and I have my A.S. in Criminal Justice so I have access to our local law library which has different states laws in it as well.
