I am 26 weeks pregnant and I have been experiencing actual contractions but my cervix is still closed! I am just worried that it means that I am going to go into preterm labour or something! Anyone else experience this?

I had some around that time, now that I think about it (really hard lol). Anyway, what I did was rest up when they had started, then went straight into the emerg room. Not in labour, they were the braxon hicks contractions!

But if your spotting, go to the doctor right now!

I had severe braxon hicks contractions during my last pregnancy. Normal. How far along are you?
