im due with my first child febuary2013, going to be a single mum. but i still want my baby to have their fathers last name(plus his name on birth cirtificate).. but ive been told he can go for full custody of our child if my baby has his last name, is this true? x

He can go for full custody of your child even if he is not on the birth certificate it is just a longer process.
