Child support

It's not just your responsibility to take care of your child. I would got to the Family Division and get a Child Support Order in place. If he still doesn't pay, the courts will go after him and find him in Contempt! He would either have to pay or be jailed! However, if you continue to allow him to get away from his responsibilities then he will never be there for your child! It's just not fair to the Child! Good Luck!

Take him to court. Let them hand down a ruling. They will also get him for back support.

It is very hard when you seperate from your husband and even harder when they move on and start a new family. You have to watch whilst they can afford a nice house, clothes and car. The money that your husband should pay is for your child. You owe it to her to fight for child support. If you dont need the money for day to day stuff then put it in a bank account for her future. Once you child is old enough their father has no obligation to support them in any way so take the money now whilst you can. Think of your childs future, if you dont want your child to know where the money came from just tell them you saved it from money that was owed to you. Hope it all works out for you. Take care.x

Here in Canada, it takes only one hearing for child support and if you presented all the necessary papers once you filed for child maintenance you will only waste one day and you'll get the necessary amount for your child. I have no idea how does this thing go in your place, but the very best thing for you to do is go to the family court where you live and file for child maintenance, its not for you though its for your child because it is your child's right to be given child support by his father not to count it is indeed a great help in our finances.

When i separated from my ex after 13 yrs , and 2 daughters he didnt give hardly anything. I had to take him to court which took 1 yr, but he does have to give me 900 monthly which comes right out of his check which you can request especially since he hast contributed .Take him to court because it doesnt matter how many kids he has now he is responsible for all his kids period, so go get him!!!

call support kids 1 800 763 9915. do you have child support set in place of how much a month he should be giving you through state or court? yes i would have him pay if he can start a new life and have other children

take his behind to court and get that support order in place.she is his resposiblity too.it takes 2.if hes not going to be there anyother way at least make him be there financially.
