Wondering if anyone could offer some advice on best ways to gain child support throught agency's or court systems?? im finally registered with Child support last 12mths- my daughter is 12... My ex continually avoids letters..calls..mail re:this subject.. i havent even received the 20.20 he suppose to pay each MOnTh!!!! my case worker doesnt seem to spend much time on this/thinking could i go legal some way? Thanks

I wish I could be of some help, the child support is a terrible system. I have a case manager who i can never get a hold of, I hope you get some luck from them
