I have tried taking Pepto but I have never been able to stomach liquid medicine because it makes me sick. My first appointment is not until the 6th but I really don't remember being this sick with my son.

i remember growing up my grandmother would make fresh ginger tea for whoever was pregnant in the house, you can try it . you can it at a market or a store ,get some fresh ginger or you can simply get the Lipton Ginger Twist Tea. if you get the fresh ginger, use a grinder and grind the ginger and boil it (dont need to add sugar), you can make it as strong as you want. also snacking on ginger snaps cookies and mints help too.

Ginger! If your near a Motherhood maternity store- buy "ginger pops" They work WONDERS... also ginger ale- and keep saltines by the bed, eat a few before you get out of bed, it will help!

Ginger - in any form! I would sip on some Vernors, had ginger snaps and little cookies nearby. I read lemon helps, and sure enough that was effective, too! Also, in terms of aromatherapy, mint and eucalyptus are soothing smells that may help. I was so sick I would try everything, and I found these to work for me. Because Pepto has bismuth, a variety of mint, that's what makes it work. You could try little mints or mint gum - that helped me (albeit momentarily), too. Good luck!
