Absolutley not. You both are considered to have joint custody - until you go to court.

no, it means he's on the birth certiicate. If you're in any danger of his trying to get either child away from you, get a lawyer before the baby's born

no absolutely not but he does have rights I would contact an attorney and find out what your rights and his rights are and remember the number one thing in all this is those children and their rights.
