Emotional support

Hi all. I'm a single mom of a 2 year old. Lately I've been so overly emotional. I'm angry and sad all at the same time. I'm so overwhelmed with taking care of my daughter and working and doing it all, as I'm sure you all do... My question is there any advice you can give to help calm the anger and anxiety you feel from time to time? It's literally taking over my life and it's all I feel.

Same boat.. Single mom of a 2year girl as well.. It's so difficult and I'm struggling with balancing everything.. I've held a lot of whats been going on in my life in but I recently started reaching out and confiding in my friends and that's helped me a tremendous deal. I feel anxiety about my daughter usually but if you feel like its taking over your life, it may help to see someone professionally and then see if medication will help, at least for now.

I'm currently struggling eith this myself. The one thing that's been suggested to me before was counseling and I've finally decided its time to see someone. I also finally realized my sadness was more than just typical sadness. It was depression and I saw a Dr for that and was put on medication to help cope. So my advice is talk to someone. Whether it be a friend, family member, counselor, doctor, just talk to someone. By talk to someone I mean VENT!
Also if possible, even though I know its hard, ask for help! I had to finally accept the reality, and the reality is if I'm not caring for myself it's very difficult to care for my children. Getting away and getting some YOU time is a great way to care for yourself. L
