Emotional support

Hi all. I'm a single mom of a 2 year old. Lately I've been so overly emotional. I'm angry and sad all at the same time. I'm so overwhelmed with taking care of my daughter and working and doing it all, as I'm sure you all do... My question is there any advice you can give to help calm the anger and anxiety you feel from time to time? It's literally taking over my life and it's all I feel.

I can understand. You're gonna have to identify what makes you angry and sad and answer the whys. Then try your best to not allow yourself to think about those things people or person. Make you and your relationship a priority. Don't allow those NEGATIVE feelings and thoughts to steal precious time from your most precious gift.
