my ex mil who supervises my ex's vistation with our son is threating that she wont allow the vistations anymore at her house if my ex keeps up with his attutide towards to her. i heard this from a friend of ours who was visiting my ex at that time. becuase this is hear say and i did not hear it for myself should i let the visit happen or call up my sons attornay. were only separated at this time but our looking towards a divorce.

Are you on speaking terms with your ex mil? If so, you might try just asking her. Other than that, I would call the attorney. You don't want to not comply with a visit agreement, it will look bad during a divorce. However, you also need to make sure that your son is protected. Good luck!
