MY 4month old as a fever of 101.1 shes not fussy or acts like it really bothers her but how do i know if i should rush to the doctors or not?? tylenol is recalled at the moment so generic kind it is.......is this not even a high fever???

101.1 Istn very high being a nurse at a pediatric office i would say to give her the recommended dose of motrin and a luke warm bath. this should drop the fever. she is not fussy or acting in pain then she may just be teething hold off till this afternoon and see if it goes down if not make an apt for tomorrow. Be
leave it or not but not all fevers are bad 1s

its best to go to the Docs since fever is as a result of different infctions

i tbink if yiu beleieve she not well then mother knows best. It wont hurt to get her looked at.
