I'm in the process of developing a fitness/wellness program aimed at single moms. Basically I'm taking all the steps and lessons I've learned over the last decade, including my experience of getting physically, emotionally and mentally fit as a single mom. I've combined it into an easy to follow program. The program includes short lessons and activities on nurtrition, self awareness and fitness. I believe that the more you know about yourself and your body the easier it is to make good choices - even when tight on time and finances.
It's still in the works but I am wondering if something like this would appeal to you single moms out there?? :) I'd love to hear your inital thoughts and responses!
