There is a book out by Jerry sinfeilds' wife ( hope I spelled that right) that has alot of recipies that sneak in veggies to everyday meals. They are really easy and affordable. Probably could find the recipies online if u tried. Also instead of buying regular juice I get the V8 splash, and my son loves it and cant tell the difference. Hope that helps good luck

My kids love chicken. I wants to get them to try broccoli so I cut into the chicken and added rice, cheese, and broccoli into the chicken. My kids ate everybit of it and I told them what they had eaten after they were done. My almost 6 year old will now eat broccoli by itself. Another way to get them to try new foods is to let they prep it themselves. Get some mini bagles, pizza sauce, cheese, and whatever toppings he likes and let him put it all together. Then bake it. Letting him make his own food may help in broadening his taste for different foods. The grocery stores also sell some pastas that have vegies already in them that aren't noticeable. I buy the Alfredo Broccoli. Normal fetuccine alfredo with broccoli in the sauce. If he liks the mac n cheese, figure out how to use that as a base and add to it. Make a cheeseburger cassarole with it. You can add in hamburger and it will at least be a different meat than chicken. go to kraft's website to get recipe ideas you can use mac n cheese with.
