H1N1 Vaccine...Yes or NO!?!?!

I understand we all want the best for our children. Ultimately, this is a decision that only you can make for your child. You have to take in all considerations, good & bad. You can find articles on the internet for & against the vaccine, all from accredited doctors. Everyone's body is going to handle vaccines differently. Just like medications. I'm very touchy with ALL medications. My children don't seem to be. But...I have made the decision not to give the vaccine because it is too new. The swine flu was around in the 70's & the gov't had to come up with a vaccine just like they did now. The vaccine they made KILLED more people than the actual disease did. We are the guinea pigs here. I'm not going to let either of my children be a guinea pig. The people who are dying of the swine flu are the ones with underlying medical conditions. Keep your children's immune system healthy with eating right & washing hands after being in public. I'm sure you will make the right decision for you & your child/children. Whatever you decide to do is the right decision. It's scary being a parent, isn't it? I never thought it would be so hard. Good luck!

Not only are the side effects and risks bad but the flu shot is filled with neurotoxins like formalydahide and mercury. I don't want those pumped into my body let alone my sons. I just make sure we get plenty of vitamin D, folic acid, and vitamin c. Haven't been sick in over a year so it seems to be working.

I was advised to get it but then i started looking more into the shot and its side effects. I have yet to get it for me and Monica simply because it can trigger asthma. Her dad has minor asthma as do I so I would be running a great risk by getting it. I have heard good and bad things about it but i would recommend looking into it before you make any final decisions.
i would as the side effects are less worse than the flu itself and the tamiflu. i had swine flu earlier this month, i felt like i was dying i cried so much and tamiflu made me worse so if my boy wasnt just turned 5 then i wud get him the jab. was the same with mums (my mum inc) that worried about the MMR but that has done good. it all down to what you want for your child, always trust your instincts xx ps, they wouldnt give it to pregnant women if it were gonna harm wee kiddies xxx good luck xxx
