How to deal with baby daddy? Any tips, or Legal advice...

He is an unfit parent, and even thou I try to make it work out so he can see his kids..He doesn't care, he keeps doing his own thing and it's not safe for my kids or even me..I'm scared and I know he will never be an example for my kids, but I know he will always be their dad, I don't want be the one who my kids will hate for not let them see their dad...I mean they are young my son will be 2 years next year and my daughter is not even born yet.. Should I just cut him and not let him see his kids or not matter what let him see his kids? Any legal advice?

Immature men with children is the new pandemic. The best thing you could do is obtain full/sole legal custody of your children and apply for child support. In most states it is easier for the mothers to win custody especially if the father is unstable. If he decides not to pay child support he will lose any rights to his children which means you could prevent him from seeing them. If he does pay, unless he has any criminal charges against him or has ever been violent with you or neglectful of the children (that you have proof of) the father has visitation rights.



Defining custody is always the best thing to do no matter what if you're separated. You see so many crazy parents kidnapping their children & the police not being able to do anything about it since custody was never defined and therefore both parents have full rights to the children.



On a more personal note, try talking to him about it, if he definitely will not try harder for his kids then go ahead and do what you think is best. Your kids will never hate you unless you do not give them all the love you can possibly give them. Aslong as you try your best to make them happy, they will love you back. Keep your head up!(:
