If i get on access for health insurance , is the state going to make my baby's father pay child's support even though he's taking care of the me and that baby (P.S. He lives in CA & i live in AZ)

What exactly do you mean by taking care of you and the baby? If you apply and qualify for the health insurance it will not intervene with child support payments unless the insurance is for your child, then the support amount might lessen. He will have to pay child support because babies require other things aswell like food, diapers... you know all that stuff. Most of the time, whatever he is helping you with right now is considered a gift once you go to child support court. So it won't make much of a difference.



*My sister has her son on ahcccs & his father still had to pay child support.
