little bite marks

My little one is not even three weeks yet, and yesterday noticed there seemed to be a little baby bite mark on her arm. Later I saw one on her head. Today I saw one on her face, but the other two I didn't see today. They are very tiny and can be easily over looked. It still has me concerned. Any idea? Also everything has been washed.

like, bug bites? It's kind of hard to understand, but if you are worried about possible bug/bedbugs, I would call your pediatrician to see if they can determine what they are, and what your next step would be.
