me and my babys dad just broke up 2months ago he is now seeing his ex again and me and her have never gotten along she smokes weed and always parttying. i dont want my daughter around her. what can i do?

hey i think u should talk to your babys dad tell him whats up U R THE MOM u get a say in what kind of people r in our babys life.ask if if he would care if u had some guy around our baby that is a pot smoker and a parttyer wouldn't he care and if he doesn't t care the he doesn't care about his KID;( and he dosnt deserve to be a DAD AND THAT IS SAD.

Yes it definitely could. My ex's wife was posting things about how I'm an unfit mom and should rot in sewage. You should start talking to your lawyer too.

I recently got a txt from him saying he hopes I die and he will be out of my daughters life for good .. could that help getting custody in court??

Make sure you can find a lawyer good in family law who can help you voice your concerns and keep documents of what happens.

Thank u. I am so concerns for my daughter to be around her. She is such a violent person she is known as a fighter in our area.

Start talking to a person who can help you in family court is the best advice I can give since you'll have to go over visitation and custody very soon if you haven't already. Voice your concerns to your lawyer especially about the weed and partying since both aren't good for a baby or really any young child to be around.
