Hi my name is Krystal, I have a daughter that will be 6 in april. I have been in a custody battle for along time with her father, and he just keeps getting his way, plus he has been abusive phisically and mentally to me, mentally to our daughter, and i havent always made the right choices by giveing him to many chances, but now I have become stronger and been not wanting to be with him for the past 4 years. but do to finace troubles I always end up bk with him so that I know my daughter has a roof over her head and so that i am there to protect her cuz no matter what, I would rather put up with him then dare let her be alone with him. well not to drag this out detail for detail, but we have been fighting it in florida courts, but recently when he was keeping her from me cuz we split, I got to the point that I couldnt take it no more and of course I knew if I told him I wanted him back I would get to be with my lil girl, well my mom lives in new york, so we had no where to go, so i talked him into comeing to new york so that way me and my daughter could be with some family to help us, well he was still mentally abuseing us every day, so in the years that i have gotten stronger I stand up to him more, and well I did, and told him I was done and that he needed to go, he didnt take me serious and just kept putting it off, and time went by, well my mom also stepped in and told him what she thought of him, and he knows he can controll me as much being here with my mom. so yesterday morning I woke up to him and my lil girl being gone, i called him, he said hes headed back to florida. Well the cops here in new york cant do nothing cuz im not a resident, we only been here sence jan. but now my head is spinning this is been going on for too long now, we have been in fron of judge several times. I need to know what I can do to stop this once and for all!
