my son father have had nothing to do with his son for over 7 months but now want to see him (only because his mom is making him )is there anything i can do he have told me before he didnt want him didnt even call for his first birthday

I agree, make it one your terms. tell him what time your free and when he can see her.

thanks you no there is nothing legal in place i did say he could she him im not going to stop him i just dont think he should have the right to tell me after 7 months to meet him when he say to.

is there anything legal in place? unless he goes for acess there's nothing he can do if you tell him no. however you have to consider weather that's good for your son or not.



also, if you keep your son from his dad, in the future you will be the bad guy, If you don't and the father doesn't hang around, he's the bad guy. sadly either way it could end in tears for your boy. sadly dead beat dads don't seem to figure this out. that or they just don't care...
