Carmen,
I think I might be wrong about pasta. I think semolina is a wheat-based pasta. You might have to go to a specialty store like "Whole Foods" and ask them for products without wheat.
Oh, I grew up in the South...everything is made with milk, cheese, and butter. I've basically stopped cooking for my daughter. We eat simple foods (chicken nuggets, salmon or any fish, fish patties, ham steaks, lunch meat, chicken) because I don't know how to make it taste better without adding cheese. So, I understand how you feel. It gets easier, though.

Ivy thanks a lot for your comment now I have a much better idea of what to feed her.
I been making a lot of research on food and taking trips to several stores, and I'm been able to see that we still have a lot of choices of good foods. Now the only problem I see is that we are actually mexican our diet is basically based on corn, wheat and milk and must of all the food she can't have, so now we will have to change our diet too since I don't see my self of cooking difference meals. Well that a choice I make!
funny uh! but I'm happy and more than confident that this will work.

Carmen,
You could try buying rice milk or coconut milk or almond milk. There are many brands, but in our area, Silk is the only one with added calcium. Wait, Silk doesn't make the rice milk; I'm not sure what brand it is. You can even buy flax milk. My daughter can't have dairy, but she drinks soy. But, I absolutely love coconut milk now!
I'm guessing you'll need to serve rice instead of bread, since there is a wheat problem. What about pasta? Does regular pasta also contain wheat?
So, pasta products, rice, and read labels on everything. Even chicken nuggets and fish patties sometimes contain milk (may only be listed as "whey").
Jasmine,
I don't have a clue what your child can eat...what about buying fish? My daughter likes plain fish with a little margarine (that has no milk in it--it's Smart Balance Light with Flaxseed Oil). She also likes Zen Almond Milk chocolate pudding (dairy-free).
Also, serve lunch meat with no bread. She also likes to eat cut-up red peppers, yellow peppers, or orange peppers.

I have a girl, she is 14. Allergic to corn, wheat, nuts, grass, dust..........She is so bad that just the smell makes her sick. I read everything she eats and uses. There is no cure and she is sick every day and on top she has asthma. I make almost everything homemade, Whole Food has brown rice bread and tortillas that she can eat. Her IGE level is over 1800 and her specialist recommend for her to live at the ocean. Her brother is allergic to nuts, milk and eggs, so they eat different things. But we can't cook anything in the house with wheat or corn. I feel your stress. Our life's are very hard specially because most people don't believe it unless they se her get an anaphylixis reaction. I don't know what the outcome is gone be but that will be another tomorrow. There is no help or support no where. If you would like to get in touch with me this is my email, giselledente@yahoo.com, I hope your baby is not that bad. I don't wish this on my worst enemies. I have learned how to cook and use other things of course natural and organic is the way to go. I hope I didn't scare you is hard to deal with, sorry :(

Not sure where you live but try a place like Whole Foods. They have wheat free pasta, etc. Switch your flour out with rice flour or spelt flour. Also research celiac they should have plenty of recipes. I believe you are looking for gluten free since he is allergic to all of those ingredients.
You could also request the dr. write you a prescription for an epi pen just in case he eats something that includes any of those ingredients.
For a snack you could try plain Lay's potato chips they only have potatoes, sunflower oil and salt. Or plain rice cakes with organic yogurt. He can eat lots of good quality meats, veggies, and fruit.

How old? I think the gluten free sites may have some good ideas for recipes. You could also check out this site.

I do not really know much about food allergies, but that could help start you off. I know for a fact Outback Steakhouse has an awesome gluten free menu for dining.
