i think the best thing is to sell the house and start a fresh with my daugher in our own wee house.. we are not married but both our names are on the deeds to the house..but i dont honestly see us gettin anythin back of the house as we're only been in it for 2 years .. yeah tryin to get an appointment to see where i stand as i am fulltime carer to my daughter!!

It would depend on where you live and the local laws. I would strongly suggest getting a free consultation with a lawyer BEFORE selling it. Was the house purchased by you before you were married? If that's the case, a lot of time that makes the house yours, but if it were purchased while you were married, it may count as shared. Do you want to sell the house? Are you worried about who will get the money? A lot of times, if this is a divorce, than this is worked out through a lawyer, and you could push that you share the proftis from the house. Otherwise, if this is an ex boyfriend who was living in a house in your name, he doesnt have rights, unless his name is also on it. There are a ton of variables that matter in this situation, so a lawyer would be best. A lot of them do free consultations.
