i have been through hell,

my husband was killed when i was 8 mos. preg.,his reverand parents moved me in with them and then accused me of abandoning my son.total 100% sceme i was warned about, they pulled and kicked me out,so homeless the court granted them temp custody!

my son was 4 mos. they pulled this off and i had no lawyer,$ ive done it all .i still dont have my son, i dont now what else to do?please help"?

I live in Canada and there is legal aid available for those who are in a lower income setting. Most states have dsome form of legal aid as well. Talk to social services within your community to see what is available and if need be than look to having a court date in a different town

thanks for your reply,i am devistated,,,there is no advacate,legal-aide.there is no-one to help me?

these fake christians,my new in laws stole my son. period. i have nothing bad on the entire case?

this has happened because i have not even a district attorney to work with,i mean there not one person in this court.

its very small and poor town. one judge.he hasn't even checked all ive done to prove myself...please,,can u help me?

out of 200 drug screens i have 200 clean! c.p.s. found no danger ,no case.

i have no-family,these people hired (get this) the retired judge who's now a lawyer... yes.

i am up for the fight of my life and i miss my son?

Im so sorry for your loss. As long as you get a job and prove you can take care of your son they should give him back. Don't quote me but from what I know that should be the way it goes. Good luck
