Saltine crackers seem to help. Keep a pack near the bed and eat one or two before you get moving to settle your stomach.

I am assuming that you are pregnant.... If so try ginger... When I was pregnant with Summer I ate ginger snaps and drank ginger ale. All of which seemed to help. Of course, I am sure there are other methods out there that may work for you.
