Right now because he hasn't asked to see the baby - no, the baby is in your care and custody.
However, that being said - the moment he calls and WANTS to be involved, he has rights.
If you want to attempt to secure sole custody / no access, you will have to take him to court, or as the above poster stated you could always ask him to sign over his rights, sometimes absent dads will do this if you offer to waive child support.

Nope , not at all! I chose to raise my daughter 100% by myself. I had no business with that guy and honestly he was a one night stand. Too much fun led to a life changing experience. If you want get him to sign off all rights...that way it makes it legal then you can go on with your life. I did it all by myself for 8 years. Now I have met the love of OUR lives and found an unbelievable father for her!!! Life does not end and actually you are able to give your baby a fresh new start in this world without troubles from another person that didn't want them in the first place!!!
