Naps late in afternoon=late bedtime??? HELP

My 9 month old is on a roll with wanting to tak a last nap arounf 530-600 pm. He wakes around 730-800. So he doesnt go back to sleep until approximately 12 midnight or later. Suggestions with this late nap???

My son was doing the same thing. Expecally when he had to go to his grandma's a night. He would wake up at about 8 then nap at about 330. I think the best thing to do is try to wake your baby up about a half hour after you put them down. I know us mommy's need some time but trust me, you only have to do it 2 times or less to get them an earlyer nap time. Either try to put him down earlyer for a nap or take it out one day completely. Then bed early like 8 or 9 when they are ready. That's my only suggestion.
