Hello, I am Sybil. Soccer mom all the way. I have a 14 year old who has played since he was 4. He is also a referee. He will be trying out for the high school team next year. I have a 7 year old who is also a soccer player. Started when he was 4 as well. This year I became the coach of the team.
Look forward to meeting other mothers as crazy as me that devote an insane amount of time to soccer.

I am the mother of two soccer players... Kristian is 11 and he lives and breaths soccer. He's been playing since age 4 in AYSO and is now in a private club. The sport has helped a very shy little kid become confident assertive young boy. It motivates him to keep his grades up and has him thinking about his future goals.  Tori is 8 and has also been playing since 4. She starts AYSO Grad Series this week and though she is not as fanatical as her brother is about the sport, she enjoys it completely and is looking forward to finally advancing to the competitive age group(s). Soccer has done just the opposite for her... it has taught her to be less of a start and more of a team player, and that it's not always all about her, but without damaging her wonderful spirit!

I LOVE trailing behing my kids from game to game, and the social circle you build with the other parents. The time that soccer takes up is sometimes tedious but just seeing  how much they enjoy it keeps me motivated.

Hi!  I am the mom of 2 that play soccer as well.  My 11 yr. old daughter keeps me the busiest, she plays year round indoor and outdoor with tournaments thrown in every couple of months.  She just started a second team every Saturday afternoon after begging me to do so for about 6 months.  Glad to see there are other moms out there doing the Soccer Mom thing and enjoying it! :)

Hi, I am Kathleen- mother of 5 boys al of whom play soccer. Emilio is 16, Guillermo is 15 and both play for traveling elite club teams except for in the fall when they play for our high school varsity team. Gabriel is  13 and plays year round for a select club team. Nicolas is 10, Sebastian is 6 and they both play in the area rec league in the fall, indoor in the winter and spring. My husband, Guillermo has been the coach of my  oldest's team for 3 years..........then there is the time the oldest three have dedicated to refereeing . I never thought soccer would be my life -- but it has been that way for a while-- since Emilio started to play when he was 4 (12 years ago =0} ). Look forward to talking with all of you!

I am the mother of 4 (11, 7, 6 and 6 months) girls, 3 of which play soccer. I don't get a free night to myself as we are constantly driving to soccer practice or a game somewhere. Alexandra, my oldest has been playing since 5 years old and has become a very good soccer player. She plays year round and has had 2 soccer related injuries. Hannah and Samantha just started playing. I enjoy watching my children play and I really get into the game. I am looking forward to meeting other moms who are as crazy about soccer as I am.
