Are there any playdates for babies around 4 months in the area. Also, anything like stroller striders or exercise programs for mommy and baby to help lose the baby weight?

Hi I have been looking for play groups and this area isn't got many. There is a stroller strides though in the bmt. area they hang at rogers park.
