3 yr old aggression issues

I have three kids the oldest is 7yrs, then 3 yrs, and 8 months is my youngest. My 3 yr old has some major aggression issues. He is constantly hitting, pinching, and even sometimes biting. My daughter (the 7yr old) is a constant target of his anger even if she did nothing to him he will take being upset out on her. I can't ever leave him alone in the same room with the baby cuz I'm not sure what he will do to him. I have tried all I know to try, we even got help from a specialist for a while. He is a very good kid and has a lot of love in him...but he needs to learn to curb the anger and agression. Does anyone have any advice that may have worked for them or someone else?

Hi,
Does he have any developmental problems?
Is he aggressive when he is mad only?
Does he talk?
Did you ask him why he is mad?

Does he get any alone time with you or his father. Sometimes, kids act like that because they feel they aren't getting enough attention. It's really hard, I know when you have 3 kids to spend alone time with them (I have 3 kids too), but maybe he needs a little more. I have definately found that out with my oldest. He communicates more, and behaves much better, when we spend one on one time. Sometimes, if I have to go to the store to grab one thing, I'll take him along and leave the other two with my husband or we will set up a special day where I have the other two head ot grandma's and I will just take him.
