Any ideas on the best way to lose the baby weight?

My baby is two months old now and I seriously need to find time to devote on losing weight (working out and getting my heartrate up) but am at home with my baby and my other two children. One is five and one is seven. My husband is always at work so I am left to tending to all three. Does anyone have any bright ideas on losing this weight while juggling all three children?

what i would do is go out with your children and take them to the park or out for a stroll, or after putting them to sleep take a night stroll with some friends you will notice that after a few weeks you will feel the diffenece, take my word for it i also am doing night ly walks and i walk for over two hours at night and when i get home i have to take a shower every day,because the way i perspire that i feel that it is worth every minute i walk.try it and see.

Fortunately I never had a problem losing baby weight, but breastfeeding is one thing that helps so much. Going for walks helps and kids love it! there are lots of workout shows on TV now. My kids used to love tae-bo. Kids enjoy doing what those people on tv do. You could do it as a family and have fun with it! While you're brushing your teeth, do squats. While soaping up in the shower, do some stretching or squats. You can do leg lifts while washing dishes. There are tons of things you can do. It may not seem like much but every little bit helps. I love that we have stairs in my house!! I use them to my advantage!! I also have 3 kids and running after them all day helps

run in place, ask your 5 yrold if they want to get in on the"imaginary workout show" featuring Mom and (5 yr old name) it can air only on the weekends and during the week its always fun to take the baby for a walk.
For me it always helped if I got my kids involved. I have 3 and they are all about a yr apart. Diet is key also. Music! House work is also good exercise. You have to kind of make it creaitive so you won't get bored and give up. It also helps if you don't think of it just as losing weight but as a lifestyle. Good luck!
