baby cries alot in child centre

my girl cries alot when i leave her in child center of my gym..........most of d times i have of to go back to her 'coz she just don't stop crying..... she always want me around her..... even at home she dont leave m alone for a minute .........at times it get really frustrating.......she even don't want to play with her toys.......whether m working in kitchen or having my food or working on computer watching TV she will just come and pull my cloths n cry.........what should i do ????

yes my husband help.........whenever its possible for him....... he trie to help me out with her

Suvidha , does your husband help? if he is working all day and comes home you should get ready to go out and all day explain that you are going to go out and pick up milk or what ever and leave when he comes home tell your little one that you will see her soon and that you are coming back dont wait for a reaction just walk out the door Just know that she is going to cry and that your husband is on board with this.. stay away for 20 30 min and then come back and say see mommie came back . I love you to much to stay away for to long reasure her that its okay and that you would never leave her . I did it every tues or even twice aweek if it is possible. you can even do it in the house get her playing with some toys and tell her you have to go potty then tell her you want her to be a big girl and what her to stay and that you will be back in few. and make it a really excited time when you come back . reasure her you well never leave her. you are doing great, hang in there.
