baby pimple???

My angel boy is 9 months old, and since about a week now, hes had what looks like a pimple on his left cheek. Has anyone else had this?? If it was on my own face I would have squeezed it but im scared to do that on him, its really big and red and now it almost looks like a little scab on it, you know how it looks when you squeeze one and after you have but theres still abit more in there... thats how it looks now. Its only one, so im not worrying that its a rash, but has anyone else's baby had this???

My little girl had a few of them when she was little. When I found her first one the doctor told me not to squeeze it that it would go away. It didnt go away thought, so i took her to the doctors. The doctor did something to it and got it to go away. What he did i dont know. So I would say take him to his doctor.

Have you tried an antibacterial cream. If it looks as if it has a yellowish scab and is very red and inflamed you best head off to see a doctor, as these can be impetigo, the result of a bacterial infection and needs antibiotics, otherwise it can spread quite alarmingly.
