My DD is 8.5 months. We are trying to get her from three naps to two a day and I read that she should be sleeping 11 hours at night. So we've been putting her to bed early and she does sleep for 11 hours but up several times in the night sometimes for an hour!! Just wondering what other's babies schedules are like and if they still feed at night. Would really like to sleep at night!!

My daughter was still getting up for a feeding at a year! She is 15 months and is starting to wake up again in the middle of the night! Since 8 months we've laid our daughter down at 9 pm sharp and she wakes up any where between 7 am and 10 am for the day but around 3 - 5 am she wakes up for some milk. Be patient and keep working things around until you find what works best for your daughter. Believe me I understand how bad is sucks waking up in the middle of the night but I've read that you never fully get every night back until your kids are much older! You guys will find something that works for you! Hang in there mom!

don't forget she is an individual not all babies will fit in to the paragraph on a page. if you read a book about your age would you be doing everything on that page?i know my kids never fit in a book i just got to know them and their needs.
