Can someone give me some advice on what to do ?

I had the same problem with my son and his weight,as long as the doctor says he's in his weight range don't worry.As far as the bottle thing both my kids did the same thing. He's just problly
getting full and doesn't want anymore.

You helped me a lot Amber thank you for your support and your advice . He's taking small bites and not refusing what I give him done what you told me to do and it worked . He took his first five steps around 9 last night I was so happy watching the joy on his face as he start walking towards me . My baby is growing up so fast what a joy it is to be a mom and to have moms like you to help me thanks again Amber .

Thanks Rebekah, the was site was very help it gave me a good idea on how to feed him . I just started eating in front of him, last night he finally tried what I was eating he only took a few bits but that's better then what he was doing .

Every kid is different :) 10 months old his digestive system is sweet to have food.. they aren't always hungry at the same time every day - my daughter varies on how much she will drink from one day to the next.. Do you eat in-front of him? Thats a good thing to do because it sparks curiosity and he will want to try what you have - which is great if you don't want a fussy kid. It sounds like you are doing great :) just try not to get stressed at feeding time or he will pick up on it and it will become a stressful time for him rather than a pleasant one..

Sure grapes are fine, just make sure they are seedless and I would cut them into fours to make sure he doesn't choke.
Another idea is to "lay it on thick" sit down to eat and give him something small like a piece of bread and sit next to him and eat your dinner with as much enthusiasm as possible "mmmmmm this ____ is so good", then as soon as he shows interest in wanting what you are eating give him a piece to try. ( reverse psychology )

I want to start making his food now that he can eat table food I got that baby magic bullet to mash his food so he want choke on it . He's been refusing to eat table food he'll only eat stage three jar baby food twice a day and then his yogurt . It's been hard for me to find things he likes . What about grapes can he eat those at his age ? Thanks again Amber for all your help .

Anytime, just remember now that your baby is eating table food his food intake should resemble the food pyramid not 100% at first but as you ween off bottles it should. Trust me feeding anyone unhealthy food will not make them gain weight any faster than healthy food. I have weight gain issues myself and the only difference is I feel horrible when I try to eat unhealthy food thinking I will gain weight faster that way. If your doctor is not concerned with your babys weight then your focus should be on is your baby healthy? Send me a message if you have any questions or need support. In todays world with childhood obesity at such a high stick to your guns on feeding your son healthy, he will thank you when he is old enough to.

Thanks amber that helps a lot, I see some babys eat a lot but my son want my family tells me to give him what he wants to gain more weight, but I don't like giving him a lot of stuff with sugar or to much salt . It bothers me cause I have no support on feeding my son healthy .

What to feed a 10 - 12 month old:

I remember when mine was little the doctor suggested introducing a new food every 3 days, its all trial and error, he may hate bananas but love pears, so on and so on. I am a believer in homemade baby food (mashed up table food) I mean have you tasted that stuff in the jars gross. I use to have to reward him as well if he loved applesauce but hated his sweet potatoes I would alternate bites so he ate both. Just make sure you are aware of what NOT to feed a baby under one years old. Good luck, here is a list I found of foods:

Breast milk or formula PLUS
Soft pasteurized cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese (but no cows' milk until age 1)
Iron-fortified cereals (rice, barley, wheat, oats, mixed cereals)
Fruit cut into cubes or strips, or mashed
Bite-size, soft-cooked vegetables (peas, carrots)
Combo foods (macaroni and cheese, casseroles)
Protein (egg; pureed or finely ground meats, poultry, and boneless fish; tofu; well-cooked and mashed beans)
Finger foods (lightly toasted bread or bagels, small pieces of ripe banana, spiral pasta, teething crackers, low-sugar O-shaped cereal)

Thank you both for replying my son has also always been on the 25 percentile to in weight and 95 percentile in height . He's always followed that path since he was two months old . His doctor said since he has always followed that pattern then he's fine, but I still worry about it . I love my son so much and worry all the time I drive myself crazy with worrying.

my son has been in the top 95% percentile for height and the bottom 25% for weight his entire life he is now 12 and though he is not huge he is all muscle your son will catch up eventually in the weight department he just may have a very quick metabolism.
