i find a hot steamy shower always makes me feel better, the steam works wonders. I also use the euckybear rub on myself, i know they make it for babies but it is great stuff, i find vicks too strong. A hot cup of tea with lemon juice is also really good.

You need to build up the immune system. Please check out http://purecapitalhealth.com/ for more information on health and wellness. NutriFeron is proven to kill the flu virus. I would also add a probiotic (Optiflora) and a multivitamin to the diet. Wish you luck

Sitting in a steamed up bathroom works well for congestion for you and baby. Just make sure you have plenty of tissues on hand!

I always give them a spoon of "Emulsion de Scott", you can find it at any latin store. When the cold time comes, only takes less than a day and they feels good again.

If they child isn't old enough, vicks actually causes harm. Saline drops and a humidifier/ vaporizer work well, with the door open just a little bit

I'm not too sure on natural remedies for baby, but if they're congested Vix baby rub is great! Just rub some on their chest and then place them in a loose onesie that breathes.

I use saline drops in my son's nose and a humidifier or vaporizer while he is sleeping. The saline drops help loosen and thin the mucus so you can get it out with an aspirator (or they can blow if they are old enough).
