I am looking into convertible car seats and I have found that Britax seems to be a very good seat for safety. I want my baby to be safe so i have decided on two the Britax Marathon and the Britax Boulevard, could you give me some advice on the two or any others that work well and are safe for you!

we have the Britax marathon, it is the best carseat ever....it is great..i started using it at about 6 months, she is now 14 months and it is so great. She is constantly falling asleep in the car, she loves the pattern, and it is safe. most importantly i do not worry with her in her seat...

I just bought a Britax Roundabout 50 and it's been great, very comparable to the Marathon and the Boulevard, but less money. I'm having trouble getting the link to work, but if you go the Britax website and "Fit my child" you can compare all three seats.
I bought mine at Diapers.com for under $160 after all the promotions I found from Retailmenot.com. Hope that helps a bit. :)

I was also looking at those exact ones. I ended up not getting either one. I got the Recaro Signo, which on amazon.com is only $160. It has very good ratings and Recaro makes race car seats, so they have a good reputation. I guess it's just not as well known as Britax. Hope that helps.
