Could this be a reaction from chickenpox vaccine?

My little man had his 18 month old chickenpox vaccine 5 days ago. He hasn't had any bad, visible reactions (temperature or rashes, as of yet). For some reason after the vaccine he's got very cranky, whingy and his sleep pattern changed, he's not having his 1:30hr nap in the afternoon and waking up happy as Larry anymore, he wakes up 40 minutes after I put him down crying as if waking up from a nightmare. He's also waking up at the crack of dawn, which is strange as he's waking up time is usually 8am! I couldn't find a lot about it other than the 'standard' side effects online. Has anyone experience anything like this? Could this be from the vaccination? Thanks.

I think it is just coincidence I am going with he is probably getting his two year old molars and he is cranky

By the way, he never had a bad reaction to any vaccine before (just mild temperature and unsettled for 1-2 days).
