i just started my one year old on milk about a week ago and he has had diarrhea non stop. His lil butt is so red. I stopped the milk and its getting better but now his stool is now dark and rash still not cleared up.....I am using Eucerin on his butt but its still red........anyone dealt with this???

Yes I put Logan in the shower or ran his butt under the laundry tub tap on cool not cold not too warm every time he did a poo until it was over and no rash. Wiping that often can irritate their skin.

Are you giving full cream milk, Probably go to soy milk see if that helps. And with the nappy rash keep changing nappy as often and use Bepanthen cream or Am.O.Lin baby cream. good luck

Hmm, I've never heard of that. There is also something called Butt Balm too. It's supposed to be really good.

i tried desitin for the first couple of days and it didnt help so i switch to the aquaphor

Sounds like a dairy problem for sure. Use something with zinc oxide in it. It will clear up the rash better. Like Desitin.
