Does anyone have any ideas of easy Valetine's Day crafts that could be done with a 3yr old?

my daughter likes to make cards for everyone...birthday, thank you notes etc. we just choose a piece of contstruction paper, i fold it in half and write the words and let her have at with her crayons and markers. when she's done coloring we then pick a few stickers for her to put on and she's done. you can buy some heart stickers and choose pink or red paper for valentines day.

Opps, I guess I forgot to add that once her hands were painted I stamped them onto paper.  I did NOT cut her hands and glue them on paper.  I guess I should proof read!

Make a mini scrapbook for grandma or daddy! Buy a small notebook and decorate it with construction paper or scrapbooking paper (or color yur own paper), decorate it with pictures, some cheap stickers, whatever, I made one a couple years ago and it turned out so cute! She can help pick out the backgrounds and use the glue stick! Or you can always make cookies too!

I don't know if you want this craft to be for a gift or not, but last year I had my daughter paint her hands/feet with watered down paint.  Once they were dry I cut them out and glued them onto red paper added green stems and made a 1/2 dozen "roses" for her dad.  He still has them hanging up in his office!

Hi, You can take a basic sponge and cut it in a heart shape... take some kid friendly paint and make lots of pretty pictures.
