Hello! I am having a hard time with the decision of going away. I've left my one year old over night a couple times but I would like to go away for about 4-5 days.... Thinking about it makes me feel like I have anxiety! She doesn't sleep 100% through the night and I worry about the people watching her. It would be her grandparents. I'm just not sure if I should go. Would it stress her out alot or would she be fine? I'm a stay at home mom so I'm with her all the time. Any advise from you other moms? I feel so anxious and scared to leave her.

Thanks! :)

She will be fine! I think it is harder on us then it is on them! Just this past September my daughter, who had just turned a year old in August, went with her Daddy to visit family for 3 days. I couldn't go because I had to wait on a computer to be delivered and if I wasn't here they wouldn't leave it at the post office, and I would be behind for school. I was freaking out, thinking no one would be able to handle her without me or that she would be upset. I was wrong! She was perfectly fine and acted as she normally does. You should go and enjoy your vacation, for those of us who can't ;-)

I am going away for 4-5 days in May it will be the first time I've left renae for more than one night. I've left Logan before for 3 nights but my parents brought him out to see us.

She would be fine. Ring every night and talk to her unless that upsets her and makes her want you more.

She'd probably be perfectly fine, but I wouldn't be comfortable with it. The first time I was willingly away from any of my kids for longer than a weekend.... was at 9 years old and it was a kids camp with our church.
