Just wondering if anyone has any neat, and fun idea's of things that my daughter, who is 4, can do at home together. We are on a limited budget, and it is to cold to go outside. So I am looking for some fun games or just something we can do together in the house :)

One thing that I did was bring buckets of snow inside, dumped into the tub and put the kids in thier snowpants, and mittens and we built a snow man and had snow cones. It was a blast!

Does your daughter like to do crafty kinds of things? My daughter is all about art :) Color together or make something together. You can get packages of craft supplies like construction paper, sequins, pipe cleaners, etc pretty cheap at a craft store or Walmart.

Reading would be a great thing to do at that age too.

I also remember that when I was 4, I thought building forts was fun. Drape blankets over the tops of tables and chairs and have a "camping trip" inside. She'll love it.

If you see this, leave this form field blank.

Those are some great idea's. Gonna try the construction paper and pipe cleaners and things. She loves to make stuff, and it sounds really fun. And I think I'm also gonna back some cookies soon that she can "help" with lol. Thanks you guys for the great ideas!

Cook together. Bake a cake or cookies. My 4 & 6 years sons absolutely love to "help" me in the kitchen. Even with the cleaning chores. Like let them help you vacuum or dust with the duster. They love to help and feel a sense of importance when you let them help. Or something simple like playing a match game with cards. If you have access to the internet try PBS.org there are lots of fun age appropriate games and activities you can do with your child.
