Been awhile but my daughter was very picky also...I used the vent air bottles and had to buy seperate nipples. They were a Gerber brand they were almost flattened shape and the hole was in the side of the nipple. Hope you find something that works!

Have you tried a Gerber NUK bottle? They are supposed to be shaped like the breast in order to make switching back and forth easier. They work have worked really well for me, as well as several of my friends.
